I had a mixed experience at Lin Yin Art Hotel Shanghai. The modern and spacious rooms were definitely a highlight, and the location is quite convenient if you're flying out of Pudong airport. However, the communication with staff was tricky. and there were issues with the shuttle service not being as reliable as advertised.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were modern and well-appointed, with comfortable amenities. I especially appreciated the stuffed animals for kids in the family room. However, the tatami-style beds were a bit too firm for my liking.
Service

I found the staff to be somewhat limited in their English skills. this made communication challenging. Turning to WeChat for translation helped, but it was still frustrating at times.
Location
7.0
The hotel is conveniently close to Pudong airport, which is a definite plus. It was easy to reach, but the surrounding area felt more residential and less vibrant.
Dining

I opted for breakfast at a low extra cost, but I was disappointed with the selection and quality. it could definitely use some improvement to better match the hotel’s cozy vibe.

While the hotel promised a shuttle service, it wasn't as reliable as I hoped. I would recommend looking elsewhere for timely airport transport.

I had a mixed experience at Lin Yin Art Hotel. The rooms were really modern and clean, which I appreciated, but the noise from the corridors and the discomfort of the tatami-style beds left something to be desired. The location was super convenient for my early flight, but the shuttle service wasn't as reliable as I hoped.

Rooms

The family room was spacious, clean, and decorated with nice touches like stuffed animals for the kids. However, the tatami-style beds were too hard for my liking, making it tough to get comfy.
Service

The reception staff were helpful and arranged a taxi for me to explore Shanghai, but communication about the shuttle service was disappointing and a bit frustrating.
Location

Super close to Pudong Airport, just a quick 10-minute drive, which was perfect for my schedule. It's in an older residential area, which had its charm, but not a ton of options for food nearby.
Dining
5.0
I didn't get breakfast since I heard it's pretty basic and not worth the extra cost. There seemed to be other dining options in the area, but I didn't check them out.
Facilities

The hotel had basic facilities like room service and housekeeping, but the promised airport shuttle felt unreliable, which was a letdown for a place so close to the airport.

My stay at Lin Yin Art Hotel was mostly positive, with spacious and modern rooms that had a calming atmosphere. However, the noise from other guests could be bothersome for light sleepers, and the breakfast options weren't very impressive. Overall, it provided a convenient location close to Pudong Airport, which I appreciated. 😊

I had a decent stay at Lin Yin Art Hotel Shanghai, with a big room and all the necessary amenities, which was a pleasant surprise for an airport hotel. However, communication was tricky since only one employee spoke English, and I found the breakfast to be quite disappointing. While the location is convenient for the airport, the lack of reliable shuttle service is a downside.

The Deluxe Double Room was large and had all the amenities I needed, including a bathtub and a smart toilet. It's definitely more spacious than what I usually expect from airport hotels.

I had a mixed experience at Lin Yin Art Hotel Shanghai. The room was clean, modern, and spacious which I really appreciated. However, the shuttle service to Pudong Airport was unreliable, leading to some frustration. Communication with the staff was also challenging since they struggled with English. Overall, while there were highlights, certain aspects could really use improvement. 😕

The room I stayed in was a Deluxe Double Room, which was exceptionally spacious and comfortable. It had a modern feel, and the artwork added an upscale touch.
